Far From The City are a young indie-rock band from the south of the UK.
Formed originally as a cover band nearly 7 years ago, Far From The City changed lineup and switched to writing and performing their own music in 2024.
The Medicine EP is just the start of their music catalogue that will be released throughout 2025!

CAMINO
CAMINO is a new covers band on the Bucks/Ox music scene, though all its members are experienced musicians and performers. We are based locally in Bledlow Ridge.
CAMINO sees the coming together of 5 very experienced musicians, all driven by their shared love of classic Harmonic Rock from the Seventies through to the Noughties, combined with a good helping of classic dancefloor-fillers from the Motown Soul and Disco eras. We’re aiming to mix the Perfect Party Cocktail: songs to listen to - sing along to - and strut your stuff to!
CAMINO's setlist puts a strong emphasis on female songwriters and performers, though the boys get a fair look-in too! There are 3 distinct strands within our song choices:
Classic 'Harmonic' Rock - from artists including Stevie Nicks, Shania Twain, Linda Ronstad, Alanis Morisette, Carley Simon, Tina Turner, Cher, Fleetwood Mac and Elton John
Classic Motown and Phili Soul - from artists including Martha Reeves, Aretha Franklin, Marvin Gaye, The Four Seasons and Wilson Picket
Classic Disco - from artists including Chic, Randy Crawford, The Trammps, Rose Royce and A Taste Of Honey

THE BAND WITH NO NAME

Originally formed in 2008, the band has developed a unique reputation on the Festival, Party and Wedding circuit. They can deliver a brilliant, 45 minute set of their own, original tracks, or 2 hours of "killer" contemporary rock covers (from the likes of Kings of Leon, The Stereophonics, The Foos, The Killers, Blink 182, etc) - or mix it up, as required, for the Festival/event.
EMILY-JAYNE
Emily-Jayne is a talented young singer and guitar player with a passion for music that spans a wide range of genres. From an early age, she has been captivated by the power of music, finding inspiration in artists like Oasis and Amy Winehouse. Her soulful voice and skilful guitar playing have made her a standout performer in the local music scene.
With a repertoire that includes everything from rock to jazz, Emily-Jayne brings a unique and refreshing energy to every performance. She continues to hone her skills and expand her musical horizons, always striving to deliver unforgettable experiences for her listeners.
