We’re really looking forward to welcoming you to ShabbaDabbaDoo 2026!
We have a fantastic music line up, bar and BBQ, kids activities and of course the magic fairy dust that makes the ShabbaDabbaDoo the highlight of the year.
As a family friendly and community event, where most people know each other or have a link to the village, we want everyone to have a fun, safe and enjoyable time. Please take a few minutes to read the information below to help ensure a successful event for everyone.
If the below doesn’t answer your questions, please email us at hello@shabbadabbadoo.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help.

The postcode is HP18 9HN.
What 3 Words location - Currently.Mainland.Clouds.
There is a map at the bottom of the Home page.
Please avoid driving if possible and help by carsharing, coming by bike or walking.
There is no vehicle access to the field.
Parking will be available behind the adjacent farm thanks to the very kind generosity of the farmer. On site stewards will provide directions and guidance; please respect them and follow their instructions.
Please note you park at your own risk and do not leave valuables in your car. We cannot be responsible for any losses.
Please respect the land and farm by sticking to the signed parking areas.
The route to parking is a single lane and past residential properties. Please watch out for pedestrians and give priority to vehicles leaving the site.
It is a 200m walk from parking to the pedestrian entrance. Disabled ticket holders can be dropped off at the pedestrian entrance, cars can then continue to the parking area.
If dropping off or picking up from the ShabbaDabbaDoo, it is recommended that you arrange a suitable location a few minutes walk away from the site to avoid congestion.
However, please respect local residents, village access and be aware of other vehicles and pedestrians.
Please ensure that you have your tickets ready for scanning on arrival.
All attendees will be given wristband that is required to be worn for the duration of the event.
We do have a waiting list, so if you have tickets that will not be used, we may be able to resell them and provide a refund. This is not guaranteed but please contact the organisers via the Contact Form or directly at hello@shabbadabbadoo.co.uk if you have tickets that you don’t need.
Similar to last year, there will be a kidzone running from 4pm to 6pm with facepainters and activities (parental supervision required).
This is included in the price of the ticket.
There will be a large area for football, running around and other games, but these will be unsupervised.
Please note that parents are responsible for their children’s behaviour and safety throughout the event. This includes during kidzone and activities.
Please ensure that your children stay within the Glebe Field and don’t stray into neighbouring gardens, or play in the church unsupervised.
There is no vehicle access for camping drop off this year, so there is a short walk from parking to the site. You might want to bring a camping trolley to help. Some wheelbarrows will be available (please return them to help the next campers!).
As there is no vehicle access we can only accommodate small camper vans or trailer tents with advance notice and early parking. Please email on hello@shabbadabbadoo.co.uk to if you wish to bring a camper van or trailer tent.
There are no showers or washing up facilities.
No fire pits or bbqs.
Please respect other campers.
If you can help us clear up the site on Sunday morning that would be very much appreciated – it doesn’t take long with a few hands to help and we organise bacon sandwiches whilst we’re doing it!
No. We aim to keep the prices at the bar, BBQ, pancake station and sweet stall (new!) as affordable as possible. In view of this, and because this is a fundraising event, we would ask you not to bring food and drinks into the ShabbaDabbaDoo.
There is very limited seating available, so please do bring along camping chairs and/or blankets to sit on and enjoy the day.
We hope to keep our waste to a minimum so if you have them, please bring re-usable wine, pint or half pint cups from home (no glass please).
We will also be selling fabulous re-usable ShabbaDabbaDoo cups!
(...extra points will be given for vintage Shabbington Campout cups!)
Yes! We accept cash and card, but card is preferred!
Portaloos will be provided on site and an accessible toilet is available in the church. This will be locked later in the evening but can be opened, so please ask at the bar if needed.
To help everyone have a great event, please note the following:
· No smoking or vaping on site.
· Please do not bring your own drinks or alcohol – we have a bar serving beer, lager, prosecco, wine, pimms, G&Ts, non/low alcohol alternatives and soft drinks. Please drink responsibly!
· Please do not bring your own food – we aim to keep prices for the bbq, pancakes and sweet stall as affordable as possible.
· Free water refill points are available on the site.
· No dogs – sorry!
· The ground is rough and uneven – so whilst it’s a great event to dress up for, leave the stilettos at home!
· Please respect the beautiful site and the site boundaries and avoid entering any roped off areas.
· If you look under 25 you may be asked for ID, please make sure you have it with you!
· If you need assistance, please come to the event HQ red tent or speak to one the ShabbaDabbaCrew stewards around the site. We can help with basic first aid (minor cuts and bumps) but anything serious you will need to organise to go to A&E.
· In case of emergency evacuations, please follow directions of the stewards. Exits are via the main entrance or towards the church.
It looks like the hot weather is going to continue into July, so please bear this in mind.
There will be water available.
Remember hats and sun cream!
