Campers are welcome to set up from 2pm, but please make sure all cars are off the field by 3.30pm.
The main event and bar will open at 4pm, live music will start very soon after this (see Music Line Up page)
Face painting and children’s activities will be available from 4-6pm. This is included in the price of the ticket. There will be football goals and space for games but these will be unsupervised.
Please note that parents are responsible for their children’s behaviour and safety throughout the event. Please ensure that your children stay within the Glebe Field and don’t stray into neighbouring gardens.
We aim to keep the prices at the bar, BBQ and pancake station as affordable as possible. In view of this, and because this is a fundraising event, we would ask you not to bring food and drinks into the ShabbaDabbaDoo.
We hope to keep our waste to a minimum so if you have them, please bring re-usable wine, pint or half pint cups from home (no glass please). Extra points will be given for vintage Shabbington Campout cups!
Please avoid driving if possible, but if you are coming from further away parking will be available very close to the event.
We would ask you to use this rather than parking on the roads. Please come to the centre of Shabbington (HP18 9HN) and you will be directed. If you need accessible parking, please let the car parking steward know and they will guide you.
Yes! We accept cash and card, but card is preferred!
Portaloos will be provided on site and an accessible toilet is available in the church. This will be locked later in the evening but can be opened, so please ask at the bar if needed.
We are sorry, but dogs are not allowed at the ShabbaDabbaDoo.
No smoking and no vaping on site.
Don’t wear your stilettos! The ShabbaDabbaDoo takes place in a field where the ground is rough and rutted.
In the unlikely event of needing to evacuate the site, you will be informed by the ShabbaDabba Crew. Please follow their directions.
Exits are via the main entrance or towards the Church.
